Speed Post is the domestic express mail product of Department of Posts. It was introduced in 1986, and provides time-bound and express delivery of letters, documents and parcels across the nation. A Track and Trace facility is available for the customers of Speed Post, through which the customers can track the movement of Speed Post articles from the stage of booking to delivery. India Post also provides International EMS service for 98 countries across the world, which covers International EMS documents and merchandise. Over the last 25 years or so, Speed Post has witnessed a continuous positive growth and has become a trusted express product.
